@Metsada007: Your logic is sound. I drink it the way Dr. John R. Christopher used to advise to take it. He said the "cayenne tea" was meant to be warm but not like actual tea in
 water heat. Your logic is sound with many herbs actually as boiling them allows the nutrients to be released or activated.

@Metsada007: don't drink cayenne immediately before of after a physical event like playing a sport, working out, etc. In fact, I let four or so hours pass before I do a sporting event like play softball. I let an hour
 pass after the workout has culminated before I drink cayenne. It would upset the stomach otherwise. Hope this helps.

Is it okay to drink cayenne tea right before going to sleep? I try to drink it at least twice per day, and sometimes it's late before I get around to drinking
 the last glass. As always, thanks for all the great info. you give on so many things.

@rochelle695: Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, I totally agree about cayenne. It's one of the reasons why I coined the term, "King of The Herbs." It really is an amazing medicinal spice that is good for so
 many things. Thank you again.

Im putting together a tonic of sorts to be taken daily that will include fresh,organic turmeric,garlic,ginger,cinnamon,horseradish,cayenne,raw honey and apple cider vinegar. My question is should these
 be taken together? Or will some have adverse effects on the others such as reducing potency or effectiveness? Thanks for the video and info btw.

Thank you very much for your excellent videos . I am going to make cayenne pepper part of my daily intake via tea for the rest of my life. One thing , can you tell me why it makes my nose run
 ? Is this a good thing or a bad thing ? tia.
@danvelgtr: Thanks ... ( 3 weeks ago by truthgladiator)
@danvelgtr: Thanks for the kind words. It makes your nose run as it inflames the mucous membranes, which causes the increased secretion of mucous. With most people the extra mucous is manufactured in the mouth usually. I've not
 heard of someone having it run out of their nose so much.
@jbis2bad: I'm not ... ( 3 weeks ago by truthgladiator)
@jbis2bad: I'm not a doctor so I can't prescribe anything. All I'll say is that those with high blood pressure or any kind of ailment that cayenne can help in the positive tend to take it two to three times a day. I'm not telling you to do anything, mind you. Use your own judgment and if you have any questions, see
 a doctor.
Thank you v much ... ( 3 weeks ago by danvelgtr)
Thank you v much for the reply . So the runny nose is neither a good thing nor
 a bad thing , correct ?
@danvelgtr: I can't ... ( 3 weeks ago by truthgladiator)
@danvelgtr: I can't answer that directly due
 to legal constraints. It is a byproduct of the mucous membranes getting inflamed by the capsaicin in the cayenne pepper.

What do you believe is the best way to ingest cayenne pepper? I was thinking
 about drinking it...I just don't know how to monitor how much I should take as a dose. Any help much appreciated.
@ ... ( 3 weeks ago by truthgladiator)
@philycheesesteak127: I appreciate that. I don't make much with sales, mind you. I make more w/ the Big G, actually. I only have one page on the entire site that has an affiliate link or page as I want people to see
 how sincere I'm trying to be by providing really good content. I think for the most part I'm doing that. Yes, 35k is the place to start. It took me a good six months to get to 160k SHU but I still prefer my 90k SHU cayenne, actually. I went VERY slow, though.
